Casa Corsi Italian Restaurant
Corsi family has been a cornerstone of North Vancouver’s restaurant scene for more than 40 years.
The best, most authentic classic Italian dishes should always be made with the freshest ingredients and a passion for both food and family. This belief permeates everything that the Corsi family does, and it is the secret to the decades of success and accolades that our family’s restaurants have enjoyed.
The list of awards and accolades that we have accumulated over four decades is a testament to our passion and dedication to what we do. You can find glowing articles about our restaurants in publications such as Vancouver Magazine, North Shore News, Enroute, Wine Spectator and Whistler Pique. In fact, for over 30 years, our establishments have been consistently recognized and praised by North Shore News and Whistler Pique. We were even named Restaurant of the Year in 1995.

Abbondanza
noun · /ab·bon·dàn·za/
The Italian word for “abundance.”
It also refers to a zest for life. In short, it’s an Italian word that embodies everything wonderful about being Italian. Abbondanza is the “secret sauce” that flavours every dish we create for you.

Our People
Owner
Antonio’s love of North Vancouver has culminated in the opening of his newest restaurant, Casa Corsi.
Born in Maenza, a small town outside of Rome, Antonio came by his love of food and family naturally. He trained as a chef and worked in kitchens and dining rooms throughout Europe, and then in 1968, Antonio moved to Hinerzarten, Germany to work at one of Europe’s finest hotels, the Park Hotel Adler. While in Germany he met and married his wife Edith, and in 1976, they immigrated to Canada, settling in North Vancouver. The couple has now been married for 48 years and have a son, Patrick, and daughter, Ida and three granddaughters.
Partnering with his brother Mario and son Patrick, Antonio successfully owned and operated five restaurants in North Vancouver, Vancouver, Whistler and Edmonton between 1980 and 2020. Antonio co-authored the cookbook Mangia with Quattro: Family-style Italian from the Heart (Whitecap, 2009), which contains a lifetime’s worth of restaurant and family recipes, anecdotes and experiences.
Founding Partner
Patrick shares his father’s passion for great food and delicious wine.
Patrick conceptualized and opened Quattro on 4th in 1994, and the brand then expanded to include locations in North Vancouver and Whistler. Patrick is one of the youngest and most respected restaurateurs in the region, and he was included in Business in Vancouver Magazine’s “Top Business Achievers Under 40” list in 2003.
He consistently curates award-winning wine selections for the restaurants, and he is an active member of the Chef’s Table Society Board of Directors.
